Question: Quick! where/how can i find an electronic cat feeder?

Hi, I am going out of town in a couple days with my family but our family member who usually comes over and feeds our cat cancelled out on us. Is there any way we can buy a feeder and water dispenser(hopefully not expensive)? He eats Whiskers, Fancy Feast, and drinks (obviously) regular water. Thank you. We'll be gone for 4 days on vacation

AGROS sell them maybe ur local petsmart about 30 bucks or less thats for food u just need to leave out few bowls of water

You don't need something electronic. Buy a feeder and a water device at the pet store. The feeder you simply fill with food and more comes out when what's in the tray is eaten. The same with water. You fill up a water bottle that is upside down and the water will empty into the dish as needed. Your cat is very capable of taking care of itself for that period of time. Clean the liter box, leave food, leave water, and the cat will be fine. Cats do not eat everything in sight. They eat only what they need. The link below shows what they look like. You can get them at the pet store or at Wal Mart.

Petsmart. And you can get a automatic water feeder at Wal-Mart. If you can't find that when I went out of town for seven days a neighbor was suppose to watch my cat but she bit her and my cat normally don't bite people so my neighbor said she wouldn't watch her. We had a friend who went to our home and put down two big dishes of hard food and two bowls of fresh water. My cat was fine none the less because she had something to eat and drink and the house was all hers. Hope you can find something because I can relate.

You don't need an electronic cat feeder! Go to the grocery store, buy 3 dishpans. Fill one with DRY food and set at one end of the kitchen, fill the other 2 with water......away from the food, and each other. This will be MORE THAN ENOUGH for one cat for 4 days, and doing without canned food for that length of time won't hurt him. Fix him 2 litter boxes, too.......that way he won't mess one of them up so much that he'll "go " outside of them........ After you do this, you'll find that a cat "sitter " is only worth it to come and check on the HEALTH of the cat. Leave a radio or tv on....low.....and a plug-in night light in the hallway, and your cat should be just fine! Don't forget to leave his favorite toys laying around and his bed accessible.......
